Maintain a minimum six-foot distance from one another. Sneeze and cough into a cloth or tissue or, if not available, into one's elbow. Do not shake hands or engage in any unnecessary physical contact.
2. Limited Reception Hours: Check In is available between 3pm-10:30pm PST. Check out is available between 7am-11am PST. Please inform Travelodge Palo Alto of your expected arrival time in advance and approximate check out time upon check in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation email.
3. Essential Employees:In accordance with government guidelines, to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property can only accept bookings from essential workers. Reasonable evidence must be provided upon arrival. If it is not provided, your booking will be canceled on arrival.
4. Method of Payment: Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Cash is not accepted.
5. Safety and Sanitization: In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property.
